On-line Security
When you buy from IOKA Arts, your purchase transactions are secure. Our shopping cart and checkout system uses encryption and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security features.

Other than refunding the price of an item you purchased from us, IOKA Arts is not responsible for loss or damages caused by use of any of our products. If errors in pricing are shown on the website, we reserve the right to not sell at the listed price. You will be notified if such a discrepancy is an issue.

Orders will be processed and shipped from IOKA Arts in central MA generally within 5-7 business days of receipt. Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days. The shipping cost of your online order will be calculated dependent on your geographic location and the items that you order. The shipping fee includes postage as well as the necessary packaging and processing of your order. 

Cancellations and Returns
If you choose to cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will try to accommodate you. Once an order has shipped there are no returns.

Order Discrepancy
Check your order immediately upon receipt: any discrepancy must be reported to us within 5 days after you receive your shipment. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline consideration of a discrepancy report.

Damaged Goods
If your order was damaged in transit please call us immediately. Do not continue to unpack the items if you notice damage. Retain all damaged items and packing materials. Contact the carrier immediately to report the damage and request an inspection. Pleas contact IOKA Arts as well.
